I'm spinning Neapolitan style pizzas at +800° out of a fully customized box truck and thats it, aside from an occasional sandwich or maybe some fresh bread, who knows.

Rolling out this week and bringing our new “Figgy Piggy” Special to all 3 events!

This pie is the ultimate curation of salty and sweet, starting life with our classic red sauce and Fior Di Latte Mozzarella, it then gets covered with flake ham and bacon before it is baked to perfection and drizzled with a Fig balsamic glaze!
