Did you know we have TWO new pizzas this season? If our East Coast 3 reminds you of our Jersey Girl, you know your pizza! This pizza has dollops of DOP San Marzano tomato sauce *on top* of our aged mozz, as a callback to Jersey’s famous Trenton Tomato Pie style. Our East Coast 3 is served on our hand-crafted thin crust and features 1. House-roasted mushrooms 2. Locally-sourced Italian sausage 3. red onions. (Hence the “3”!) We finish it with fresh basil and EVOO. Get it while the getting’s good! 🙌🍕
