✨ Community call — small business owners

January is a slower month for pop-ups, and with very few markets or events happening, we’re leaning into the power of community and collaboration.

We’re A Taste of Mi Kasa, a Venezuelan empanadas pop-up, and we’re looking for a local business willing to host us in their parking lot or front entrance for a pop-up this month. We’re fully self-contained and love creating shared foot traffic that benefits everyone involved 🤍

We’ve missed you all the last couple of weekends but we are back to the Chico Saturday Market tomorrow 9/27/25! Here are the dates we will be there in October too. Make tostadas! Like this one topped with chicken tinga, lettuce, sour cream, queso fresco, and pickled red onions 🔥
Toast or fry up your leftover tortillas and top them with your favorite ingredients for an easy meal.
