But I am Proud and Humbled to be asked to take part in the Pinot Pigs and Pours Charity event benefiting Completely Kids at Champions Run on September 17th. Rockbrock is having a Wine Walk today from 1-4. Come out and sample some wine at the different shops. Make sure to stop and see my friends at Casanova's Butchery Rockbrook too and get one of their wine samples.

After you pregame at Rockbrock, stop and see my other friends at the Santa Lucia festival. Look for me at both, you never know where I will be.

Slow smoked Pork Tenderloin then pan seared on a Pretzel Bun, Dijon Mustard, Provolone Cheese, and my secret recipe Cole Slaw. It looks messy and it is. It was meant to be, but so delicious.
