I would like to address something because several people have called me out. The food pictures I post are mine not AI. Never has been never will be. I will admit I have used tools to lighten or darken my pictures but I manually do it. I purposely make most my pictures look off so that that People and other Chefs know my pictures are real. I took a food photography class in Culinary School and I am from old school photography back when you had to manipulate pictures in the Darkroom in the dark and with exposure control. But, every one of my pictures are real and taken by me. I have never asked AI to inhence or fix my food pictures. Lighting control is different than asking AI to fix a picture.

I have however, used AI to work a picture of me just for fun.

The colage pictures below are all mine and I adjusted the Lighting by moving the product in different areas of the room

I have been given permission from Social Security Disability to work a few hours a week, which probably all I can handle with the pain. So I will be serving lunches on Tuesdays at Casanova's Butchery Rockbrook in the Bistro. I have partnered with them on a few charity events so this will be great for me, because 1800 a month doesn't pay the bills. Stop in and see me.

People have told me I should open a restaurant and to them I say, YOU'RE CRAZY. If you're from Omaha and remember the Old Smoke Pit off 24th Street, that would be the restaurant I would open if I had the money

Well October 17 is the Taste of Columbus - Nebraska fundraiser in Columbus Nebraska. I am partnering with The Nebraska Pork Producers once again to bring a dish that everyone will remember.
