For parents surviving the morning scramble, teachers running on caffeine and determination, and students wondering why school starts SOOOO EARLY… sometimes you just need a bigger option!

Because the first week of school doesn’t call for a cup of coffee. It calls for a cup you can practically climb into. 😆

The backpacks are packed.
The lunches are questionable.
The alarm clocks are offensive.
And somewhere in Marion County, a child is already saying, “Wait… I needed that signed today.”

Yep. School is officially back.

To our TEACHERS: we wish you endless patience, functioning copy machines, students who actually brought a pencil, and a classroom where nobody asks, “What are we doing?” immediately after you just spent 10 minutes explaining exactly what you’re doing.

To our PARENTS: congratulations on successfully completing another summer. Your prize is waking up before sunrise, searching for missing shoes, packing lunches nobody will eat, and discovering at 7:14 AM that today is apparently “Bring Something Extremely Specific to School Day.”

And to both groups, we would just like to remind you of one very important educational resource:

Coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.☕☕☕

Something gourd-geous is brewing at Ellianos… and apparently we’ve decided that moderation is overrated. 🎃☕👀

Beginning Wednesday, August 19th, you can get your first taste of our favorite season of the year — and this time, we’re not stopping with your usual latte!

Sure, you can keep it classic. Hot. Iced. Smooth, cozy, and perfectly spiced. But why stop there when you can go completely out of your gourd?

Want to take your favorite drink and give it a little seasonal upgrade?

Add pumpkin cold foam and put a fluffy little sweater on top of your cold brew.
Prefer something with a little more spice? Give your chai the autumn treatment.
Feeling less “coffee meeting” and more “dessert for breakfast”?

There are Freezers and shakes just waiting to get involved. And don’t forget the pastries. Because if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that pumpkin apparently believes it belongs in everything!

Coffee?....Absolutely.
Cold foam?....Obviously.
Chai?....You bet.
Freezers?....Why wouldn’t we?
Shakes?....Now we’re talking.
Pastries?....We didn’t come this far to stop now.

Want to experiment with your favorite Ellianos drink? Go for it. Mix it. Match it. Add some foam. Make it frozen. Make it extra. We’re officially entering the part of the year when asking, “Can you put pumpkin in that?” is a perfectly reasonable question.

We’re going a little pumpkin crazy around here, and frankly, we see no reason to fight it.

It’s time for one final bow…

Our Sea Salt Caramel is officially taking its curtain call and will be permanently leaving our on HWY 200 this weekend!

With its rich chocolate coating, sweet caramel flavor, and just the right touch of salty goodness, this little treat has earned plenty of fans—but all good things must eventually come to an end.

Stop by Ellianos and grab one while you still can, because once they’re gone, they’re gone!

But don’t worry—we would never leave an empty spot in the cake pop lineup for long.

A brand-new permanent flavor will soon be stepping into the spotlight…and there may even be a few seasonal cake pop surprises waiting in the wings.

Then again, you never know what might pop up around here.

Complete any eligible item shown on the front of your Bingo card and receive **one Ellianos stamp**. Guests may receive **only one stamp per visit**, so keep your card handy and bring it back each time you stop by.

👀 **Something delicious may be brewing…**

We can’t spill the beans just yet, but let’s just say things around here are about to get a little more **gourd-geous**, a lot more cozy, and suspiciously well-spiced. 🍂☕️

You may soon find yourself falling for a familiar flavor, making questionable decisions involving cold foam, pastries,…maybe even a special Chai or Matcha 🤷🏻‍♂️, and insisting that holding a warm cup counts as a personality trait. 🧋

We’re keeping this one under wraps for now—but keep your eyes peeled. A certain fan-favorite time of year may be preparing to make its grand entrance later this month.
