Little Oktoberfest inspiration tonight! How about a jumbo pretzel with house made b**r cheese and Dijon mustard.
A 10 day dry aged pork porterhouse!!! Dijon and caramelized onion jus, warm German potato salad with bacon and braised cabbage.
Our fresh catch is fresh gulf triple tail jerk seasoned then served over an exotic red and brown rice, grilled pineapple salsa and key lime butter sauce.

Not to mention a shrimp and crab Neapolitan with fried green tomatoes as an app! I’ll post more later but for now, the beginning stages!

At Elevation 89, we often showcase the food, the restaurant, our events and our catering. However, sometimes the incredible people working behind the scenes don’t receive the recognition they deserve.

Today, we want to recognize two of our partners, Chris and Rondo. Their support of The Kimberly’s Center—especially Luke & Liam's Tree—and The Rock Program speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. Their commitment to giving back, helping local children and strengthening our community reflects the same heart and dedication they bring to Elevation 89 every day.

These two guys and the type of people they are a huge reason why I’m proud to call Chris and Rondo our partners and even prouder of the positive difference we continue to make in our community.

Thank you both for everything you do—in front of the scenes, behind them and throughout Ocala. Thank you both for your support in and out of the restaurant.
