At East Lake Elementary in Clearlake Oaks, students assisted serving the Mexican Coleslaw recipe utilizing cabbage, December's harvest of the month selection. The recipe was developed for the Lake County Farm to School Program by Farm to Table Food Services. Students taste-tested the recipe previously with the assistance of Ben Feldman,our FoodCorps California service member - and they loved it!
