(Formally Lupita’s hot sauce)

What started as a homemade sauce served from our little roadside taco stand has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined.

For years, you’ve been taking our sauces home, gifting them to friends, and asking where you could buy more. Today, we’re excited to introduce the next chapter of that journey: Palucita Hot Sauce.

Palucita is a combination of three family names and represents everything this sauce has always been about—family, flavor, community, and a little fire.

Handcrafted in the mountains of Colorado and born from our roadside taco stand in Oak Creek, every bottle is made with clean ingredients, bold flavor, and a whole lot of heart.

Thank you for supporting this dream from the very beginning. We can’t wait to share what’s next.
