Happy Tuesday and welcome to a new week of specials from us here at the Country Cafe 😀! They are delicious and absolutely comfort foods that are sure to warm your belly. For the week ending on Friday, June 12th, the specials are the following:

🥓 Breakfast Poutine: On a bed of home fries, ham, bacon, and scrambled eggs are topped with cheddar cheese and country gravy.

🥪🧀 French Dip Grilled Cheese: Roast beef, a house made French onion dip, and Swiss cheese are all grilled to perfection on sourdough bread and served with a side of au jus for dipping. Served with fries or a cup of soup.

☕ Drink Special: The Salty S'mores - hot or iced mocha with toasted marshmallow, salted caramel, and brown butter. Topped with whipped cream and a salted caramel drizzle.

Welcome to the weekend, North Pole, Fairbanks, and Salcha! 😃 We have delicious specials to keep you fueled and ready for whatever you're up to and we're ready to showcase them to you!

🍳 Omelet Rancheros: Three egg omelet filled with chorizo, peppers, onions, Chihuahua cheese, topped with salsa. Served with hash browns and your choice of toast.

🥪 Turkey Bacon Pesto: Turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, tomato, and pesto aioli all combined and grilled on a ciabatta roll. Served with fries or a cup of soup.

🍦Root Beer Float Cake: House made root beer spiced cake made with 49th State Brewing Co. Frontier Soda root beer. Topped with ice cream, whipped cream, and house made cherry sauce.

☕ Drink Special: Brown Butter Cookie Dough Tuxedo Mocha - hot or iced tuxedo mocha with white chocolate, brown butter, and cookie dough. Topped with whipped cream and a white chocolate and chocolate drizzle.

Happy June, everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine right now! This week's specials are delicious and so inviting, so come on in and try them for yourself! ☀️😁 For the specials ending on Friday, June 5th, they are the following:

🧇 Chicken & Waffles: Two golden Belgian waffles with three crispy chicken strips topped with a brown butter maple syrup. Served with two eggs any style.

🥓 Bacon Western Burger: 1/4 pound burger with bacon, an onion ring, cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce all on a pretzel bun. Upgrade to a 1/2 pound for $3 more. Served with fries or a cup of soup.

🍦Root Beer Float Cake: House made root beer spiced cake with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a house made cherry sauce.

Good morning and happy June, everyone! ☀️✨

With mixed feelings, we present to you our new menu. We take pride in providing great food with now, more options and great service, but it is with a heavy heart that we do have to increase prices. Similar to what you may have heard from other local businesses, the constant rise in running a business (food costs, utilities - electric, specifically, shipping costs, etc.), makes it necessary for us to raise prices across the board. We've done our best to do so as little as possible, but we do hope you'll bear with us and be understanding of the necessary changes. We love you and and appreciate the constant support from all of you near and far and hope to see you all soon!

Hello lovely North Polians (North Polish? Anyway) and Fairbanksi folks! If you dined with us today, your food was made by the wonderful, talented, and beautiful Amy! We're slightly short staffed, so Chef David was exiled to the dish pit, so that Amy could show everyone how it's done!

Happy sunshine filled weekend, North Pole, Fairbanks, and Salcha! ☀️🤗 Welcome to another weekend of delicious specials from the Cafe to you! For the specials ending on Sunday, May 31st, they are the following:

🍳 Eggs Benedict: On a split English muffin, Canadian bacon and poached eggs are smothered in hollandaise sauce. Served with home fries.

🥨 The Cheesy Ham and Cheese: Ham and American cheese are grilled and smashed together on a pretzel roll and served with a side of nacho cheese sauce for dipping. For extra cheesy goodness! Served with fries or a cup of soup.

🍑 Peaches and Cream Pot de Creme: House made vanilla pot de creme custard with a layer of caramelized bourbon cinnamon peaches in the middle. Topped with whipped cream. Available for dine in only!

🍌Banana Bread Latte: Hot or iced latte with banana, brown butter, toffee, macadamia nut, and vanilla. Topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.

🐔 The Cruz'in Chicken: A fried chicken patty, house made bacon jam, and pepper jack cheese with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise all on a pretzel bun to make up this delicious sandwich. Served with fries or a cup of soup.

You asked and we listened, and it's back for this weekend only!!!! Our signature Country Cafe Breakfast Sandwich is BACK: On two slices of thick sliced Texas toast French toast, bacon, egg, a country sausage patty, and American cheese are all stacked to make this delicious sweet and savory breakfast sandwich 😋.
