I went with Sweet Pickle Relish and Yellow Mustard!

My Large BGE was a freckle over 150 Degrees before the lump was added and fired up.It’s been crazy hot.

Gigantic Porterhouse 3.4 Pounds.

This may be the best steak that I have ever had. I can’t even find the proper words to describe how amazing it was!

I kept it very simple and pre-seasoned it with Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper.

It was finished with Melted Butter that was infused with fresh whole Garlic Cloves and Fresh Rosemary. The final internal serving Temperature was 130 degrees. Both sides of the Steak were beyond amazing. Strip side was incredible while the Filet Mignon side was beyond description delicious.

I made a little sautéed Zucchini as a side which is always a hit in my house.
