🍁 Maple Cinnamon Latte☕️

☕️ Brew 2 shots of Daily Espresso over 1 tbsp pure maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and a dash of cinnamon. Froth your favorite milk, pour it over the top, and enjoy!

We love helping people make great coffee right in their own kitchens. That’s a big part of why we started The Daily Roast. 🤎

You can order The Daily Espresso on our website.

There are not many things more satisfying than a great espresso shot.

One of my favorite ways to enjoy coffee lately has been a long black or Americano. Which one depends on the day. The two drinks are very similar but have subtle differences.

Americano - A double shot of espresso pulled first, followed by around 200ml of hot water.

Long Black - Hot water first, typically around 90-120ml, followed by a double shot espresso pulled on top. This helps preserve more crema and gives a more concentrated drink.

I have been using our Light Roast Highland Colombia. It makes a wonderful bright, sweet, delicious cup.

As a roaster I am only a very small part of what ends up in your cup.

Most of the flavor and quality of coffee is developed by amazing farmers long before I ever see the greens. To be honest, most of my job is simply not to mess it up.

That’s why I always try to provide information about the farmers, farms, cooperatives behind every coffee I sell. This is their product, and they deserve the recognition for what they produce.

If a coffee I sell comes from a single estate, you will find the name of that estate on your bag, along with the name of the producer. If a coffee has a name such as our Midnight - Burundi, it came from multiple estates or a cooperative and more information can be found in the product description on our website.

There are a few special exceptions, such as Cafe de Mujer - Peru which recognizes the 124 women producers of APROCCURMA.

When I started The Daily Roast, transparency was near the top of the list of things I want this business to stand for. I want you to know not only who roasted your coffee and when it was roasted, but where it came from and, when possible, who planted it and helped it grow.
