Today is a day of ICE CREAM MAKING! 🍦
There is so much more that goes into every scoop than most people will ever see.
Some days, I only get a few hours of sleep, wake up, and do it all over again. And yes, I hear it all the time: “Hire people to do that.”
But when you birth something from the ground up, it takes time to teach others the vision, the recipes, the standards, and the heart behind it.
To this day, every batch of ice cream is made by either me or my husband, and a carefully selected team that we train continually to follow our recipes and maintain the quality we expect from Aronka’s Five Star Creations.
And that alone requires so much of you.
But then I stop and remember…
I’m living in an answered prayer. 🙏🏽
I prayed for the opportunity to build something that would serve others. Today, we are blessed to serve restaurants throughout Texas, countless families, and the soldiers and military families who walk through the doors of our Ice Cream Lounge at Fort Hood.
To every restaurant that trusts us to serve your customers, thank you.
To every soldier, military family, veteran, child, grandparent, and customer who chooses Aronka’s Five Star Creations, thank you.
Every scoop represents countless hours, early mornings, late nights, prayer, sacrifice, learning, and love.
So when I’m tired, I remind myself:
I don’t want to complain about what I once prayed for. I want to steward it well. I want to be a blessing to our staff, our customers and community. ❤️
Thank You, Lord, for trusting us with this vision. Thank You for every customer, every restaurant, every opportunity, and every person You have allowed us to serve.
