Well I had a good day running the . Made some killer beef ribs, Smoked macaroni and cheese, dip and smoked cream cheese. Are used Holy cow on the ribs and honey hog on the smoked cream cheese. I added a little SPG on the macaroni and cheese. Can’t believe how good everything was.

this is are set up. We have beef ribs pork ribs pulled pork smoked green beans smoked potatoes and smoked deviled eggs. Not to mention desert smoked pineapple upside down cake. I want to thank for all of the help to make a wonderful day. Now we get to feed the neighborhood. @ Niles, Michigan
