We teamed up with our friends at Tra’s Gourmet to put our own spin on some of each other’s favorites — available ONLY at the Canfield Fair! 🎡🤝🇵🇷

At Red Rican, we’re bringing you:

🧇 Tra’s Leche Waffle Cake — Maple butter waffle cake soaked in maple sweet cream, topped with butter-flavored icing, syrup drizzle & crunchy sugar sprinkles.

🍗Tra’s Chicken Melt — bourbon-glazed chicken + melty pepper jack cheese, packed inside our crispy pastelillo.

And Tra’s Gourmet is going RED RICAN STYLE: 🍔🇵🇷
A smashed burger featuring our Rican seasoning & Rican sauce, topped with fresh mozzarella and sweet crispy plantains.

We teamed up with our friends at Tra’s Gourmet to bring you something special for the Canfield Fair, Sept. 2–7!

At Red Rican:
A Tra’s-inspired Pastelillo combining flavors from their Chicken & Waffles and Chicken Melt, plus a Waffle Tra’ Tres Leches Cake.

At Tra’s Gourmet:
A Red Rican-inspired smashed burger with fresh mozzarella, crispy fried plantains, Rican Sauce & LTO.

Only available during the Canfield Fair!

If you’ve stopped by the Jefferson County Fair this week, chances are you walked away with a complimentary spoon … whether you made a purchase or not. 😂🥄

Miles has taken over the register and apparently believes everyone deserves a spoon! Consider it a little Red Rican souvenir.

We will be here all weekend! Stop by and grab some authentic Puerto Rican food! 🌴
