My picture isn’t great, but I this dipping sauce is a big favorite in my household! It’s simple to make just take about 8 to 10 scallions (white part and a little bit of the green part), garlic scapes when in season or a clove of garlic, about two freshly squeezed lemons, Maldon sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper and mint from the garden along with zero fat FAGE brand yogurt and blend. Incredible on my spicy chicken legs or anything you use any dip for 🔪

We used to do a Pig Roast in the summers and stopped years ago because it just became too much in all directions. Now I look forward to more intimate roasts with family and close friends, the succulent meat of the pig and chicarone crispy skin are so much more flavorful with a smaller bovine. Also, that means the chef (moi :) gets more time to enjoy the party 😍🥂🔥
