Slappin' Cheesesteaks & More was the stop today for lunch. After several weeks of inner dialogue on rather this one would be worth this foodies time, the was made last week upon learning of the uncertainty surrounding the potential sale of the mall location in which they operate. They proclaim “Every Bite a Masterpiece” as a catch phrase on their Facebook ads and folks this husband and wife team isn’t playing around. One could make the observation that food always looks better in ads. We’ve all experienced that in some regard. Not the case at all with this one. The Bacon CheeseSteak was exceptional. Not only did it look just as good if not better than advertised, It was by far the best of the best in NNY. Sandwich and Fries for $12. These guys don’t serve “hot dog” cart CheeseSteak folks. They are the genuine article. I would Highly Recommend that if you’re even near the Salmon Run Mall you stop in and give them a go. This one gets a GREAT from this foodie!!!

Unfortunately I discovered the fork after finishing the sandwich. Good to know for next time. 😎

Not my normal review however shade is granted when warranted. Three weeks this location in Evan's Mills, Ny has had their restrooms closed for a “plumbing” issue. I feel if there is as a significant enough issue to close the public off from using the restrooms then the location shouldn’t be allowed to serve food to the public per health code. Figured I would share as it’s a concern from this reviewers perspective. I feel patrons who spend countless thousands of dollars at this store should have these concerns addressed considering food is prepared and served at this location and that it should be boycotted until the management and corporate offices rectify this issue and it is deemed safe by public health. Not to mention the overwhelming smell of f***l matter that permiates throughout the store. This one gets a GROSS!!! DO BETTER 711

FINALLY!!!! Hands down one of the absolute best steak sandwich spots thus far in Watertown. The Big Kahuna Steak sub is unmatched for quality and quantity for price against any so called “hot dog stand steak” sandwich shop in Watertown, N.Y. This one gets a GREAT. I foresee many return visits and highly recommend any Jrecky or “Philly” connoisseur to give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Blackened Mahi Mahi over garlic herb mashed potatoes, green beans, red peppers, and onions. Finished with a spinach mushroom lime cream sauce. Never been a grilled fish type of foodie but this one gets a GREAT for this review!! Ate every last bite. Fast, friendly service along with a great atmosphere makes this one a must do if in the Outer Banks!! Thank you Trey and Tony for your hospitality and great grub.

Absolutely lived up to the hype. Hands down the best Hot Pastrami this foodie has ever had. This one gets a GREAT!! And yes that’s who you think it is in the pic on the wall.
