Daisy Queens Ice Cream of Walton NY at 10 West Street is a unique frozen treat shop that has something for everybody.
Open seasonally full time and part time through the fall the unique indoor outdoor 1950s retro look can bring back thoughts of Richie n the Fonz but on a serious side the Owners operate an art gallery for the work of Deissy Riano. She is a Colombian artist with a rare vision of color, florals and the female body which is woven into much of her work.
Prints and originals are available.
There is also a display of Riano’s greeting cards which offer the same intensity of color in a smaller more affordable format.
Deissys partner and long time companion had always wanted an ice cream shop so they went about converting the old car dealership into the unique space that it is.
