Many sellers, agents and landlords with rentals don’t want their properties listed for sale or rent on Streeteasy/Zillow anymore and I very rarely list rental exclusives there. All week I get emails from Salespersons and brokers with properties for rent and for sale and the title of the email is “Not on Streeteasy”. We have our own network and our own RLS. Our system is simply better for sellers, buyers, renters and landlords.

StreetEasy has enormous reach. But a growing number of sellers and agents are questioning whether one platform should have this much influence over how New Yorkers buy and sell homes.
