I want to thank everyone who came out to Japan Fest NOMA this past weekend! I went from basically crying my eyes out Monday thinking a hurricane was going to cancel my Superbowl event of the year, to having to bake for my life nonstop for 5 days to be prepared for the most beautiful day and weather we could have asked for!

Japan Fest has been my favorite event for as long as I have lived in New Orleans and I am so incredibly grateful that I get to participate in the fun every year!

Scrolling through old photos in an attempt to be more active here on social media! I saw these cute little faces and thought of our new animal celebrity... Jimothy!

These was for a customer who’s office was ransacked by a raccoon after it fell through the ceiling! I love how they just decided to make him the new office Mascot. 💜💜

Customer reached out to commission a cake to celebrate her Daughters return from hiking the Appalachian Trail! "You do your thing!" I had an idea and an airbrush! So here's my rendition of Lamb's Knoll!
