We tasted a lot of crawfish today 20 teams I believe. One thing we know is flavor and these crawfish had it. It wasn't a easy job because all of them brought out thier best recipes to the stage. One none descrip team and no fan fare stole the show.

These two folks don't even cook crawfish regularly and entered for fun and killed it in our book. As a unofficial taste tester I give my best pick to the Sanchez team! Well done. We gonna get you some Justin next time, loved the fancy cardboard sign-
