Sold out of everything except snoballs. But we sold a good bit of those too. Thanks for coming out today. It was a bit hectic but we got it done.

Got a few gigs this week.
Thursday we double dipping. Ochsner from 11-1 and, pending pre orders, Madison Farms from 5-7. Spread the word and get those orders in. Dont have to live in the neighborhood to order. Setup at the right in front.

Friday serving Slidell teachers for their continued education.

Sunday back at the Abita Springs Art and Farmers Market 10-2

Oh and already have 2 orders for Halloween. If ya want us to smoke for your trick or treating, holla at me.

Ok I think i need a bigger pot. Anyone getting rid of a 20 or 30 gallon jambalaya pot or have a good source for one. Been cooking a bunch of these 2 pot batches lately and need to expand. Alright folks. Hurrican Izzy is moving to Florida. We should have a great weekend.

Friday night we are still on for Bedico Creek Halloween movie night. Setup at the front pool. Starting at 530 i believe.

Saturday we have a couple deliveries be also going out to our from 2-4. Not with the truck but we will be serving free Jambalaya and giving out candy for truck or treaters while supplies last. Canes will be out there with free meals for the first 100 kiddos. Games and face painting and tons of things to do. Come visit my Y

Sunday back at the market. Will be bringing more meat since we have been selling out quicker with the fall crowds. Get there before noon if you can help it. 10-2 Abita Springs Art and Farmers Market
