May baking is not for the weak 😅🍪

When graduation, sports, teacher gifts, Mother’s Day, cinco de mayo and “just one more dozen” all hit at the SAME time and add in our wonderful Hernando Farmers Market….Turning off the timer while answering that text for an order, clearly not a good idea I forgot the cookies 🔥😂

Still tasty with coffee though… a little crunch like biscotti ☕😉
