I don’t even know how to put into words what this means to me.

Tonight, Let Them Eat Cake was recognized as one of Northampton County’s Outstanding Business for 2026, and I’m still trying to wrap my head around it.

When I started this business, I had big dreams, but I don’t think I ever imagined a moment like this. There have been so many long days, late nights, sacrifices, tears, and moments of wondering if all the hard work would pay off. And then there are moments like tonight that remind me exactly why I started.

To our customers, thank you. Thank you for choosing us, for telling your friends about us, for celebrating your special moments with us, and for continuing to show up and support this dream of mine. Every cake ordered, every afternoon tea booked, every visit, and every kind word has helped us get here. I will never take that for granted.

A special thank you to our Mayor and Lisa from NEDC for the nomination and for believing in what we are building here in Nazareth. To be recognized for something I have poured so much of my heart and life into is an incredible honor. Thank you for seeing the value in our little business and for continuing to support our downtown community.

To my husband, thank you for believing in me, even on the days when I struggle to believe in myself. Thank you for the sacrifices you’ve made, the endless support, and for standing beside me through every high and low. I truly couldn’t do this without you.

Being recognized among all the amazing businesses in Northampton County is something I will carry with me forever. I’m so incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, but even more grateful for the people who helped us get here.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making my dream something bigger than I ever imagined.

The Witching Hour has officially taken over the tearoom.

From September 29th through November 1st, our Afternoon Tea is getting a full fall makeover with cozy flavors, witchy details and a completely seasonal tower made for October.

Our Witching Hour Afternoon Tea includes savory favorites like Roast Beef with horseradish cream and caramelized onion jam, Pumpkin Sage Goat Cheese, Chicken Cranberry Walnut and our Autumn Egg Salad.

Then come the scones. Every tower includes our Classic Scone plus Pumpkin Spice, served with clotted cream, housemade jam and lemon curd.

And of course, we saved room for dessert. Depending on the tower, expect seasonal treats like Pumpkin Roulade or a Mini Apple Tartlet alongside our Ghost SMOREO Macaron.

Bringing a little witch with you? Our Little Witch Tower has its own kid-friendly lineup including Nutella Strawberry, Cucumber Dill on pumpernickel, Ham & Cheese mini croissant, a classic scone, Ghost Macaron, Chocolate Mousse Shooter and a Dead Velvet mini cupcake.

Expect favorites like our Pumpkin Spice Scone, Cranberry Walnut Chicken, Pumpkin Sage Goat Cheese, Autumn Egg Salad, Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream & Caramelized Onion Jam, plus spooky seasonal desserts.
