First Soup Sunday: Lasagna Soup.
Verdict: will make again

This soup is super flexible. Easy to add vegetables and has everything you love about lasagna without the long prep. The best part is you add cheese in your own bowl. Most of my family does not like ricotta but I love it!

Very hearty and a good fall/winter soup.
