A LA FOLIE

09/19/2026

Rainy weekend? We know just the thing. ☔️🥐

Make the weekend a little brighter with a stop at A LA FOLIE. Grab a croissant or pastry. Turn it into a fun afternoon with the kids.

We’re right around the corner from Learning Express Toys of Naperville, Color Me Mine and AMC movie theaters. Pastries + a little shopping, painting or a movie sounds like a pretty perfect rainy-day plan to us.

See you this weekend at A LA FOLIE 🤍

After three incredible years as Naperville’s Best Dessert, we’re honored to once again be recognized by Naperville magazine — this year as a finalist in TWO categories: Best Dessert and Best Bakery! 🤍

A huge thank you to everyone who voted for our little French pastry shop. Being included among so many wonderful Naperville businesses means more to us than you know.

Congratulations to this year’s winners, DeEtta's Bakery and CityGate Grille, and to our fellow finalists Fiene's Bakery and Le Chocolat du Bouchard. We’re proud to be in such great company.

And congratulations to all of the businesses recognized in this year’s Best of Naperville. We’re incredibly lucky to be part of a community that shows up for its local businesses year after year.

Merci, Naperville. 🤍

We’re incredibly grateful for your continued support, and after three years on top, you can bet we’ll be working hard to get back there next year. 🇫🇷🥐

Congratulations to all the Best of Naperville winners & finalists! Special thanks to everyone who voted. And the winners are... https://napervillemagazine.com/best-of-naperville-2026/

🍑 Peaches & Cream Danish is here!

Late summer only comes once a year, and we're making the most of it.

We start with our signature buttery, ultra-flaky croissant dough, fill it with silky almond pastry cream, and finish it with a whole vanilla-poached peach sourced from our friends at Mick Klug Farms. Every bite is rich, juicy, and full of fresh Michigan peach flavor.

✨ Available this weekend! Pre-order online to guarantee yours.

We’re looking for a utility player to join the A LA FOLIE team!

We’re looking for a dependable, flexible person to help with a little bit of everything that keeps our bakery moving — Chicago-area deliveries, occasional Wisconsin deliveries, Restaurant Depot and supply runs, pickups, loading/unloading and other errands as needed.

This is a VERY part-time position — typically 2–3 weekdays per week, with some flexibility depending on our needs and your availability. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional weekend hours from time to time.

Our Ford Transit is provided for all driving.

Must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. This is an active role and heavy lifting is required.

If you’re responsible, comfortable driving in Chicago, don’t mind some physical work and are interested in flexible, very part-time work with a small local business, we’d love to hear from you!

Interested? Email [email protected] and tell us a little about yourself and your availability.

Please feel free to share!
