Let's Discuss
We're not restaurateurs. We're not industry insiders. We've never owned a food business.
We're parents, neighbors, community members, and people who love to cook. One of our goals is to build something that truly serves Mount Prospect by listening to what the community wants and needs.
So, let's discuss.

As parents of a kid in youth sports, it's always quick, easy and convenient to be the AWAY team staying at a hotel with "Continental" breakfast. The team meanders, meets up in the breakfast lounge, the kids grab whatever they want or don't want to eat. The kids and the parents get some team bonding time way before they meet at the venue, on the field, prepare for the game.

Meanwhile, the home team parents are scrambling individually or in small groups, grabbing whatever they can at McDonalds, the donut shop, etc. (usually something unhealthy). Either that, the parents organize and assign potluck to bring food to the game leaving a potential mess later when they get home. A whole logistical storm/nightmare ensues.

How can we help? What if we have a "Continental" breakfast. A centralized convenient meeting/gathering spot for the team to energize, focus, and be prepared before they go to the venue? What if we can provide the breakfast trays?

Thoughts? Would you like us to do this? Small group breakfast buffet team space.

Just a couple newbies, parents armed with awesome community cooks and a commercial kitchen. Let's re-think food business. Let's go MP Teams!
