Well, where do I start? I'll start by saying thank you to God, my family, my friends and everyone in Newport and other counties, and to local businesses for your business. I've been open for 1 YEAR TODAY😁. For some, that may not seem like a lot, but it is. It all started with a dream to open my business so I could help my hometown. Don't do it for the money; do it to be a helping hand, and you will be blessed with the rest along the journey. And everyone, if you have a dream, go for it; don't let it just be a dream. So, I'm recognizing the local small businesses that supported me: Vintage This N That Morristown/Newport, The Cruz Thru, Vayda's Coffee, Roscoe's Treasures. Also, to the community, I hope to keep helping you all for a long time.

The Sip & Stretch class was such a wonderful collaboration! We truly appreciate everyone who joined and supported the event. Most importantly, we’re incredibly proud of Mika and so grateful to have been included. She’s doing an amazing job, and we’re excited to see all she continues to accomplish!
