There once was a time...

We got the keys in February ’23 with no idea what the next four months would look like, let alone the next three years. Somehow, those four months felt like years.

I remember Matt coming home at night with his forearms so swollen from the work that he’d ice them, just hoping they’d be okay enough to do the same 10-12 hour day all over again the next morning.

We kept telling ourselves, let’s just get through the buildout and then we’ll have time to breathe.

We clearly knew nothing.

Brick-and-mortars are a different beast. The buildout was only the beginning.

But somehow, we made it here. We still get to open these doors, share our craft, and watch our team make memories in a place that was once just an empty space and an idea.

How lucky are we?
