Southern Oaks BBQ is a family owned and operated small business with a foundation of principles that focuses on cooking bbq with passion, attention to detail, and the goal of bringing community together one cook at a time. I have been in aviation for 24 years and worked as a public servant in the aviation industry for approaching 20 years. My career has been a blessing as it has afforded me and my

family the ability to focus on a passion of ours and that’s cooking bbq. Through the circle of support, my wife and children, extended family, and friends, it has now become possible to explore this opportunity. Collectively, we now want to provide a service to people through our business creating great food through hard work and dedication. Southern Oaks BBQ will be operating out of a food trailer cooking sides from scratch and cooking quality beef and pork products on locally made offset smokers. Our mission is to get to know each and every one of you through our service and bring you along on our journey. It’s not what we expected or hoped for, but the crud has struck again. We want everyone to know how sorry we are to have to close tomorrow, 12/20, but we need to recoup and try to get well for good.
