What makes this coffee special isn’t only where it comes from — it’s how it’s harvested.

At Nsunzu Estate in Northern Zambia, the coffee is still carefully harvested by hand. That means only the ripest cherries are selected, helping bring out the sweet chocolate, lemon, and floral notes we love in the cup.

But hand-harvesting also means something deeper. In a region where paid employment can be limited, coffee provides meaningful work for local hands and families. Every harvest represents skill, care, and opportunity — not just a crop.

That’s one of the reasons we’re proud to roast this Zambia coffee. It’s a beautiful reminder that coffee connects people: the farmers who grow it, the hands that harvest it, the roasters who prepare it, and the families who gather around it.

We needed a way to make great coffee quickly and conveniently — without sacrificing quality. What started as a simple solution for our own kitchen turned into something we’re excited to share with you.
