🍕🔥 Menu Monday: A Little Less Pizza, A Little More Wishful Thinking 🔥🍕
Today’s Menu Monday isn’t about unveiling a new pizza—it’s about dreaming big.
As much as we love crafting our delicious handmade dough at home, and showing off the goods to you on socials, there’s only so much a home oven can do. Sometimes, the right tools make all the difference.
These beauties—our two top sellers from last week’s fundraiser, The Buffalo Bill and The MoCo Monster—were made at our commissary kitchen using a professional dough stretcher. Perfectly round, consistently sized, and ready to fly through production at lightning speed.
Needless to say, those pizzas were rolling out faster than ever, and the results spoke for themselves!
So while you’re busy drooling over the pizza photos, we’ll be over here drooling over commercial kitchen equipment and dreaming about the day Rebel Pizza & Brews has a fully outfitted kitchen of its own. 🤘🍕❤️
