The outpouring of love and support for our little ROCO’s Pizza rig has been unbelievable—and because of YOU, it’s shaping up to be a busy night tomorrow!
Just a friendly reminder: we operate first come, first serve, and orders are made in the exact order they’re placed. Our crew is working hard (and fast!) to keep those pizzas rolling out, and we’re already looking at ways to increase our oven capacity down the road.
In the meantime, we appreciate your patience more than you know. We promise to hustle as hard as we can to get your orders in and out as quickly as possible.

If the WEATHER stays clear THEN the ovens WILL fire up, and ROCO’s Pizza will be BACK IN ACTION this afternoon at 5pm! 🍕🔥

We’re talking HOT, fresh, cheesy, fired-up pizza made with love, laughs, and just enough attitude to make your taste buds stand up and applaud.

Bring the family.
Bring your friends.
Bring that one person who says, “I’m not that hungry”… because we all know they’re lying.

The dough is getting stretched, the cheese is getting ready, and the ovens are about to be hotter than a July parking lot in Southern Illinois. 🔥

Mount Vernon, come hungry and come early — once that ROCO’s smell hits the air, it’s game over.

🍕 ROCO’s Pizza is a GO this afternoon at 5pm as long as the weather holds off! (we cannot operate in the rain)
