This is my favorite sourdough that we’ve done! Our made from scratch sourdough with Taste of Asia’s made from scratch Thai chili oil. This is the perfect combination of garlic, heat, and fresh bread. I’m very excited to be partnered with one of my favorite restaurants this August!

Our August bake schedule is a great way to get back in the school groove! Peaches and Cream Sourdough, Asiago Sourdough, Peachy Keen Muffins, Oatmeal Scotchie Cookies, S'more Bars, and Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake are all featured. Today is Lila’s last day at Great Harvest. She’s heading to Notre Dame next week and will be greatly missed. She was my very first hire two years ago, quickly became one of our Team Leads, and will always be Employee #1! We hope to see her back with us during holidays and the summer. Stop by and wish her fair winds and following seas!

This one was my personal favorite - biscuit bar day! Ham cheddar, garlic cheddar, and plain biscuits, two types of scones, and all of the fixin’s including sausage gravy. What’s your favorite thing to out in a biscuit?

Day 2 of the Notre Dame Science conference. What would you do with 175 cinnamon rolls, toppings, and fresh fruit? We’re looking forward to serving three more breakfasts!

I'm back and baking after our first true vacation since opening almost two years ago! We started the week with a 200 person event with Notre Dame Science. Breakfast was our Teacake bar, featuring our Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Teacake and Peach Teacake, along with a variety of fun toppings. Lunch was pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac and cheese, pasta salad, garden salads, and our wonderful Irish Buns. 20 gallons of coffee and 10 gallons of tea rounded out today's meals. Looking forward to providing them breakfast for the rest of the week!

Week 2 of Christmas in July! Everyone’s favorite - Cranberry Orange Bread - is being baked on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We’ve had excited customers come in and order 3-4 loaves. Pre-orders are encouraged if you want to ensure enough loaves to last you until November.
