Happy Wednesday! We’ve got some exciting new stuff in the shop this week!

First up are these adorable Halloween themed chocolate bars from Marou! Marou is a bean to bar chocolate producer based in Vietnam where they work directly with farmers to pick their cacao batches. We offer a variety of bars from them in the shop from single origin dark chocolate to blends with flavor inclusions.

With the weather taking a turn for the cozy, our butchers are working on some cuts that are perfect for braising - like this beautiful Osso Buco! Braise in a mix of our house made stock and some w**e from next door and you’re well on your way to a hearty fall centerpiece dish.

Over at the cheese counter, we’re welcoming back some monger favorites. Piper’s Pyramide, Sofia, and Wabash Cannonball are back from Capriole Creamery in Indiana! These soft goat cheeses are bright, tangy, and packed with flavor + look gorgeous on your next autumnal cheese board.

We’re Growing… AGAIN!

This winter, we’re giving our retail spaces a fresh new look and feel, and a brand-new bakery counter and espresso bar! Construction will begin in January 2027, and we’re so excited to bring you along for the ride. We’ll be sharing updates throughout the process in our newsletters, on Instagram, on our website, and in our shops.

Here’s what to expect:
☕️ NEW bakery counter featuring house-baked breads, laminated pastries, and desserts
☕️ NEW espresso bar and coffee menu
☕️ Expanded morning hours
☕️ Updated layout and look in both shops
