I'm closing the Birria preorders at 830pm!

I am sold out of today's sale!

Thank you all sooo much! 🫶

TONIGHT roughly around 6pm I will have empanada/pastelillo plates available to pick up. $15 each
*My car is still down - no delivery available*

FCFS!! Do not send money expecting a plate! You CAN express interest and I'll write you down. ✨

I'll have at least 10 plates w ground beef + chz
5 w chicken + chz
-(I'll have a definitive # of each plate probably around 3pm)

Each plate comes with 2 empanadas each
Puerto Rican rice
1 adtl side (sides will be limited) of rice, Mac salad, green spaghetti or potato salad

*I will NOT have extra sides for individual purchase*

If you want adtl sides on your plate and IF I can do it, there will be an extra charge

I will be posting the Birria sign up preorder link at NOON today, if you want any consideration then you must sign up. I will not be buying extras in hopes it sells, food costs are too high for that.

Thank you all. 🫶

Wheww, it's been a week! It's my one week break off class & in lieu of needing to fix my car, we will be cooking 🧑‍🍳

I will have Indian tacos for sale TONIGHT. I estimate around 530pm, frybread will also be available for purchase - but if I can do food sooner I will post.. however I don't anticipate much sooner as I get my kids settled after school. This will be paired with rice.

Tomorrow there will be no food, it's my daughters birthday.

Wednesday will be empanadas plus sides

Thursday will be ✨ Birria ✨

Friday is tentative

Thank you.

Wanted to update everyone - apologies but no food today. I got off work at 7am and go back tonight, and since I didn't plan accordingly it wouldn't be smart to rush something in the little bit of time I do have, as I am just waking up.

Tomorrow I'll cook but it'll definitely be an evening thing as I'll get back off work at 7am again.

I will also do Birria some time this upcoming week to 1-celebrate mine & my daughters birthdays coming up and 2- I know it's been awhile since we've done one. Please be patient and stay tuned for that ad.

I hope everyone has a good & safe Saturday 🤍

I will post again in an hour with more of an accurate amount of extra plates I have or if I'm sold out
