Passed all my permits. Now all I need is my Health department to inspect my establishment and grant me the green light 🚦 to open. I know it took forever, but I wanted to ensure that I provided the best experience for WTX. I could have opened with my old oven and basic furniture, but Bite Me Pizzeria aims to grow and become one of the top destinations for freshly made pizzas in WTX. Our style is distinct from others in the area, featuring an airy, soft, and beautiful crust paired with our homemade pizzeria sauce, which can be universally used on all dishes and contains no preservatives. Please note that my sauce has a limited shelf life of 5 days 🔥. I apologize for the delay, as I am a one-man team with the occasional help of four friends. This is why my pizzeria in Midland, TX, took longer to establish. However, we will not be in debt for three years, as I have carefully managed the process, piece by piece. P.S. The Odessa mall is in the works, and I appreciate your patience, as everything takes time. I never provided a specific opening date, and I am focused on opening in Midland first, with Odessa to follow. Remember, my product speaks for itself, offering some of the best pizza around. I am not claiming to be the best, but rather, I am confident that my pizza is top-tier. Piece of Pizza 🍕. See you soon.
