🚨 June Catering Update 🚨

We want to thank everyone for the incredible support! Due to the overwhelming number of bookings, Up In Smoke BBQ is no longer accepting any additional tray catering or full-service catering events for the month of June.

Our calendar is completely packed with weddings, corporate events, graduations, golf outings, and private parties, and we want to make sure every event gets the attention and quality it deserves.

We are still taking inquiries for July and beyond, so if you have an upcoming event, don’t wait to reach out and secure your date.

Thank you for keeping us busy and trusting us with your events. We appreciate every one of you! 🔥🍖

I made a fresh batch of smoked wings this morning to give everyone a little more variety since we ran out of tortillas for the burritos & quesadillas…

…and then I dropped the wings AND some pulled chicken 🤦‍♂️🔥

We have a limited amount of Burnt Ends today as well

So today’s menu is gonna be a little more limited than planned, but we’re still serving up the BBQ and doing the best we can with what we’ve got left

Unfortunately we won’t be doing the Texas Twinkies this week.

The jalapeños we’ve been getting are extremely small and just not up to the quality we want to put out for you guys. We’d rather hold off than serve something that isn’t right 👊

We’ve still got the truck loaded with BBQ and plenty of other specials coming all week 🔥

We appreciate you guys always supporting us and understanding! Stay tuned for what we’ve got cooking next 😎
