It’s National Pierogi Day, and we’re celebrating with Halinka’s Polish Eatery in Memphis, TN!

Halinka’s is bringing authentic Polish comfort food to the Memphis food truck scene, including the star of today’s celebration: PIEROGI. 😋

But there’s a whole lot of family and tradition behind that food, too. Halinka’s is a family-run business named after owner Magda’s mother, Halina, whose Polish cooking and love of taking care of others helped inspire what the truck is today. ❤️

And that’s one of our favorite things about the food truck community. Behind the window, you’ll find family recipes, traditions, cultures, and stories being shared with every order.

The Avett Brothers + Grind City Amp + a whole lotta Halinka's = one hell of a night. 🇵🇱❤️

And the NEW Crispy Chicken Kotlet?! 👀 Y’ALL SAID YES. We sold out in under an hour. 💥

So… yeah. The event deserves a "happy dance" post! 😉
