Nothing like a home cooked meal.. More & more lately I’ve been feeling great so much so that I have felt like cooking here & there. Today I made ribeye steak, chicken tenders, roasted garlic potatoes & broccoli, carrots & cauliflower medley.

I had a dream about a steak dinner & really hadn’t eaten one in quite some time... today we had Ribeye steak, steamed broccoli normandy, buttered mashed potatoes with brown gravy.. it was so good I almost didn’t get a photo lol.

I had a sweet tooth craving for a butter recipe cake & a cheesecake... so I combined them & made a gooey butter cake. The bottom layer is the butter cake & the top is the cheesecake. This cake only lasted a few days...
