Howdy Y’all! Agape is now open for specialty orders for meal preps, at home private dining, special events, and grazing tables made with scratch made artisanal cheeses.
My menus include both savory and sweet items and I am back making all my classic baked goods like seasonal vegan challah, sourdoughs, kolaches, middle eastern sweets, gluten- free baked goods, custard filled pastries and even wedding cakes and along with custom dessert tables. For any occasion big or smaIl I can design a menu that will be truly unforgettable.

This month is Agape‘s birthday month! It would truly make me smile to see any donations to be sent to this wonderful local association that helps so many of our furry friends! 

Meet our special little foster. We are sure you can see from her photo, that she has strabismus (cross eye). She was born this way, along with her brother. Human babies are sometimes born with this condition. Someone with this condition is not in pain and they can still see. It is common that some will outgrow this condition. The condition corrected itself in the male kitten, but our sweet girl will most likely remain unique. In humans the condition is corrected with glasses (or surgery). However, pets are not given glasses or surgery. She is affectionate and calm, and we are working on building her confidence. This kitty is just one of the many we are currently helping.

We currently have 30 pets we are helping (8 Dogs and 22 Cats). We also have 12 pets pending intake (8 Dogs and 3 Cats). Our biggest need at the moment is veterinary care. We are 100% volunteer run. This means when you choose to donate to our organization, your donation goes directly to the animals.

When the vision becomes a reality… growing up there was hardly to no vegan options especially when living in deep southern Texas. I began my vegan cheese journey when I was probably 14 years old experimenting with nutritional yeast and almonds because I had not learned about the creamy goodness of cashews yet. Now 19 years later I’m creating what I always dreamt about… Cheeze!!
A “cheeze” that is full of umami and a flavor that engulfs your tastebuds with joy.

Today starting at 6pm you can enjoy a beautiful meal filled with rich aromatic flavors from Lebanon.
Freshly made falafels, hummus, sesame garlic taratour sauce, zaatar cauliflower, basmati rice pilaf that is infused with a fresh herbs like dill, mint, parsley and topped with toasted blanched almonds. To complete this meal a bowl of comforting lentil soup awaits for you to enjoy this evening.

There are 3 Cheeze Board options that allow you to sample 5 different cheeze’s.
