🫑I started growing and making Pico de Gallo for fun and would take it to family reunions, etc. this was in the early 2000’s. Within a couple years, I perfected the recipe and family & friends kept asking if they could buy it. So i sold it exclusively to them for awhile. But they kept letting other people try it and they wanted to buy it as well, so I started growing more organic vegetables and making bigger batches.🌶️ Eventually I started to donate 10% of all sales to buying winter clothes for the homeless. In 2023 I locally gave out 23 blankets. 2024 was 100 pairs of socks, hats, gloves and scarfs, and this year I’m aiming for up to 100 pairs of winter coats by raising it to 20% donations from every sale.🧅 The Pico is unmatched and on a whole new level compared to others. It’s very unique, sweet and fresh. Usually the 24oz jars are eaten within one day, so I need to make a fresh batch almost every single day to keep up with the demand.🧄 It’s $12 for a jar, or 5 for $55, and I’m located in the Maumee/Toledo area and sometimes even meet up to Monroe Michigan. The options are Mild, medium and hot. Feel free to message me at any time with any questions.🍅 To answer a few, the pico is gluten free, the veggies are washed in vinegar water, “hot” is a little hotter than what you’d find in a grocery store but not like a painful hot. If you want a “very hot” I make those upon request. Anything else just send a message! And thank you all very much for the support, I appreciate each of you❗️
