Feeling a little groggy after the farm dinner but that’s not slowing us down! Farm market open today from 10 AM to 2 PM MariKate and the girls are hanging out at the Frankfort farmers market from 9 to 1 PM. See ya soon!

Last week was our biggest week EVER across both our online farmers market and our on-farm market.

And today, we’re setting the farm up for something completely different: dinner. 🌱🍽️

Farm Dinner is tomorrow night! 🍷🌱

This dinner is BYOB, but our friends at The Wine Thief Provisions and Bistro still took care of us. Matt picked out four wines to pair with Chef Justin’s menu, so MariKate and I stopped by today to grab ours.

If your curious, here's Matt's suggestions:

🍾 Elk Cove Vineyards Estate Riesling
Bright, crisp and refreshing. A great way to start the evening, especially with the crispy chicken skin, chicken liver mousse, charred lime and Thai chile.

🍷 Pedroncelli Mother Clone Zinfandel 2023
Ripe fruit, spice and a little more body. Matt's pick for the heartier courses, especially the grilled skirt steak and 21-day house-cured ham with English pea risotto.

🍷 The Flower and the Bee
A fresh, juicy Spanish red that should work beautifully through the middle of the meal, particularly with the skirt steak and cured ham.

🥂 Matthiasson Chardonnay
A fresher, leaner California Chardonnay. This should be excellent with the hay-smoked chicken thigh, soft polenta and roasted corn relish.
