We are back on the courthouse square tonight. We will be at our usual spot across the street from the Commercial Bank and Market Square. It is humpday, and you deserve a midweek break. Let us do the cooking for you tonight. We will open at 5 PM. We will be there until 8 PM or whenever we run out of pizza dough.

We want to give shout out to the Sysco, warehouse, in New Braunfels, Texas. Specifically Roland Gaitan. Google indicated that the warehouse closed at 5 PM, but that was incorrect. They closed it 4:30 PM. I pulled up to the warehouse to pick up my "will call" order at 4:38 PM. The doors were locked and it looked like everyone was gone for the day.

As I sat there, and as I was stewing, Roland Gaitan walked out of a door. I explained my predicament. Without a moment's hesitation, he took matters into his own hands and located someone who could help me.

Our woodfired oven is from Italy and we cook all of our pizzas over Texas mesquite.

We are on the square today for both lunch and dinner. For lunch, we will open at 11:30 AM and close at 2 PM. Then, we'll reopen at 5 PM for dinner.

This weekend we are running a back to school special. Each item is $3 off it's normal price.

Breadsticks are $10 today. The Duke and the Supreme are $13. All other pizzas are $12. Come enjoy a woodfired pizza cooked in a brick oven, over Texas mesquite.
