This weekend was filled with two dozen cupcakes, a cookie cake, and a handful of cakes in some of my favorite cozy fall flavors:

I’ve been quiet over here in the bakery world, but that’s just because I’ve been BUSY! 😂 Cupcakes and cakes galore have been leaving my kitchen, and my mixer is one tired girl!! 🧁🎂

This dreamy cake was inspired by the ever-popular Samoa Cookie! It’s a coconut cake layered with whipped coconut cream, mini chocolate chips, and caramel. Basically, a Samoa Cookie turned into a cake… and I am NOT mad about it. 🤤🥥🍫
