Happy Thursday friends! Reminder that the KSN Summer Road Trip Team will be in Marquette this Friday 6/19 😎 at 10:30, come on out and meet the crew! Word has it they’ll be bringing some pretty cool swag (I need one of those t-shirts!)!

Slight change in hours this week — we will be open Friday from 9-12:30 (Coffee and Kolaches) and 4-8pm (Dinner), Saturday 11-4 (closing early for a private event) and Sunday 11-3. Our menu this week is a nod to a dad’s fondness of a grill/smoker. In case he hasn’t said it yet — your dad (and mom) wants ribs! The menu:
Friday 6/19 Dinner — Grilled Chicken with Mac and Cheese, House Salad, Roasted Carrots, Roll and Dessert
Saturday 6/20 — Grilled Burgers with Potato or Pasta Salad and Dessert (CLOSING AT 4)
Sunday 6/21 — Smoked St Louis Pork Ribs, Hashbrown Casserole, House Salad, Creamed Corn, Roll and Dessert.

Happy Sunday friends! Quick change on the menu for today — Grilled Chicken Drumsticks with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, House Salad, Green Beans, Roll and Oatmeal Cake. After the crazy weather this week we weren’t able to source some off the ingredients for the Hatch Green Chile Mac and Cheese. Hope to have it on the menu within the next couple of weeks.

Wow, what a week so far! Marquette is an amazing community — so incredible to see members coming together and working through what Mother Nature handed us ❤️. No grumbling here, going to keep those positive vibes going! Speaking of positive vibes — Morgan Wilk will be performing Friday at Smoky Valley Distillery, you’ll definitely want to come out for this!

We will be open our usual weekend hours — Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 11-6pm and Sunday 11-3pm — ready to soothe your comfort food cravings. Our menu this weekend:
Friday 6/12 — Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas with House Salad, Charro Beans, Rice and Dessert
Saturday 6/13 — Pulled Pork OR Chopped Italian Grinder Sandwich with either Potato Salad or Pasta Salad and Dessert
Sunday 6/14 — Grilled Chicken Drumsticks with House Salad, Hatch Green Chile Mac and Cheese, Green Beans, Roll and Dessert.

❤️ A ruck march or family reflective walk to honor the 25th anniversary of the events of 9/11

🤍 Fundraiser for The Battle Within, assisting veterans and first responders with starting their healing journey.

💙 March participants will receive a t-shirt and a challenge coin. They will also be served a warm meal at the end of the march thanks to the American Legion Post 140 Lindsborg, KS

💛 Reflective family walk participants will receive a sweet treat from the Lindsborg Old Mill & Swedish Heritage Museum

🇺🇸 If you cannot attend but would like to contribute, you can donate "In Honor Of" a military member or first responder. Their name will be displayed on a banner at the event.

Rumor has it there’s live music each weekend this month at Smoky Valley Distillery, check out their FB page or website for more info 😎.

We will be open regular hours this weekend — Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 11-6pm and Sunday 11-3pm — with a menu that starts with BBQ and ends with comfort food. Our menu:
Friday 6/5 — Smoked St Louis Ribs, House Salad, Loaded Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Roll and Banana Pudding
Saturday 6/6 — Baja Bowls with choice of Chicken or Pulled Pork and Dessert
Sunday 6/7 — Salisbury Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Onion Gravy, House Salad, Roasted Carrots, Roll and Ginger Pear Crisp.

Happy Thursday friends! We’re going to wrap up the last weekend of May with regular hours — Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 11-6pm and Sunday 11-3pm — and a comfort food menu worth coming out in the rain 😁.

Friday 5/29 — Grilled Chicken with Tuscan Radiatore Pasta, House Salad, Green Beans and Dessert
Saturday 5/30 — Grilled Hamburgers with choice of Potato or Pasta Salad and Frosted Sugar Cookie Bars
Sunday 5/31 — Individual Beef Pot Pies, House Salad and Dessert.

Happy Wednesday friends! Looks like Mother Nature has a nice weekend in store for us — it’s the least she can do after Monday’s excitement 😎. Time to head out to take a stroll and soak up some sun while exploring Marquette!

We will be adjusting our hours this weekend; open Friday 4-8pm, closed Saturday for a private event, and open Sunday 11-3pm. Our menu this weekend:
Friday 5/22 — Smoked St Louis Pork Ribs, Hashbrown Casserole, Green Beans, House Salad, Cornbread and Dessert
Saturday 5/23 — CLOSED
Sunday 5/24 — Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes, House Salad, Green Beans, Roll and Peach Cobbler over Ice Cream.

Happy Thursday friends! There are so many ways to describe the month of May that it’s probably best just to say — it’s busy! Hope this finds everyone enjoying some sunshine and taking a little breather before All Schools Day, high school and college graduations, recitals, and holiday vacations kick into gear 😎.

We will be open our regular hours this weekend — Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 11-6pm and Sunday 11-3pm — and look forward to serving meals good for the body and soul ❤️. Our menu this weekend is courtesy of a few customer requests:

Rumor has it that there will be brisket on the menu for Sunday 5/17 — just in case anyone is celebrating a late Mother’s Day or needing a post graduation weekend meal 😁.
