After being away for two months, we were truly grateful for the warm welcome back at the Manvel Market. We were blessed to sell out, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who stopped by and supported Velasquez Brisket House.

A special thank you to the ManvelMarket for hosting such a wonderful event, and to my lovely wife Marcela Velasquez and the VBH crew for all their hard work and support. ❤️

Good morning, y’all! ☀️

Nothing beats homemade food made with love. ❤️ Today I got to enjoy one of my all-time favorites—homemade Gorditas, VBH style! 🤠

A huge thank you to my mother, Perita, and my Aunt Maribel for taking the time to make them. These gorditas bring back so many great childhood memories, and every bite reminds me of home. There truly is nothing like homemade cooking.

They were absolutely delicious! Thank y’all so much for the love, the memories, and an amazing meal. I love y’all! 🙏❤️
