Prizm Surfboards hello It came naturally for Tor to develop skills in light metal fabrication, racecar modification, woodworking and building creative furniture.

Prizm Surfboards was created by Sira “Tor” Sunnanonta and became official in 2013 after and while studying under multiple shapers, glassers, sanders and polishers. From an early age Tor developed and cultivated his artistic abilities combined with critical attention to detail through his parents careful guidance and creative professions; his mother, an amazing chef/traditional Thai fruit carver an

d his father a gifted trouble shooter/repairman, the classic jack of all trades. Growing up in Hawaii Tor has always been heavily influenced by the ocean lifestyle, spending his formative years surfing the south western shores of Oahu from Ewa to Yokohama with friends and sometimes catching the city bus from the leeward side all the way to Sandy beach to go bodyboard and sandslide the shore breaks. As a surfer he desired to learn the sacred art of shaping, coloring and glassing surfboards from start to finish. His dream and passion now is to continue creating unique functional art through custom hand shaping surfboards tailored to individual style while enhancing one’s performance. This seemingly simple outline has gone through so many variations throughout the years and has recently been narrowed down to 4 different versions. It's much much more than the outline that makes this board perform the way that it does. Ultimately, till today the speed and flow remains unrivaled from our personal experiences.
