One of our pasture-raised, all-beef hot dogs tucked into a fresh-baked bun slathered with housemade honey butter, then piled high with smoky bacon, golden toasted cornbread crumbles, and our housemade candied jalapeños—which may be sweet, but they are NOT playing around. The Smoky Pumpkin—fall has officially entered the bun. 🎃
We took one of our fresh-baked hot dog buns and gave it a generous schmear of house-made pumpkin cream cheese—blended with 100% maple syrup, brown sugar, and just a kiss of smoked paprika.

Then we nestled in one of our all-beef dogs and topped it with crispy smoky bacon, house-candied toasted pepitas, and a drizzle of hot honey.

Sweet. Smoky. Salty. A little spicy.
