🍫 Chocolate Cake Roll

The chocolate cake is made with premium Valrhona cocoa powder from France, paired with Callebaut dark chocolate chips.

Light, soft, and delicate, yet rich in deep, pure chocolate flavor.

No baking powder or chemical leavening agents are added. The cake gets its beautiful, airy texture entirely from carefully hand-whipped eggs.

I believe in using the highest-quality ingredients and letting the natural flavor of each ingredient speak for itself, without unnecessary additives.
