MY NEW BESTIE🤗👏🤎🔥

I’m so excited to share that I’ve upgraded from my hands and arms to a beautiful mixer for mixing all of my dough!✨🤩

From the beginning until now I’ve mixed all of the bread dough by hand🥵 It’s a good workout, but for dough quality’s sake, it was time to upgrade!

I went back and forth between a standard mixer with attachments (planetary) or a bread mixer, and I chose the bread one!

The bowl and spiral are set and locked in to be sturdy enough to mix 20lbs of dough at a time!!!🤯 (which you know I’ve already been doing🤣)

I can tell a big difference in the consistency, texture, and malleability of the dough, which in turn makes scoring and baking even better as well!🙌

When I first started, I thought “when I get an Estella (or something similar), I will have made it as a baker”🤣 because all the women I followed who I was learning from had a mixer similar to this, and they were baking for their communities, supporting their families, and getting to enjoy creating goodness each week, and that’s what I wanted, too!🥲

I can’t believe I have one! I’ve been very blessed in the business I’m building. Thank you all for supporting me to get me to this point!🤎❄️

The pure joy I have dumping ingredients into the bowl and pressing a button is unreal😄🙌 I get to enjoy the rest of the process a lot more, now!

The weather was PERFECT 🤩

It’s finally starting to feel like fall… which means I feel more excited to be offering the Maple Frosted Pumpkin Loaf! 🍁 This October Special flew off my table so fast! Don’t worry, I’ll be baking more this week!!

🧡Happy OCTOBER!!!🧡

This month’s special:

🍁MAPLE FROSTED PUMPKIN BREAD🍁

Fluffy, moist pumpkin bread baked with real, pure fall spices, topped with a smooth and delicious subtly-sweet maple frosting🍁🤎

It’s THE best treat of the fall season✨

The flavors do not smack you in the face 🤦‍♀️💥😂, but are rather a lovely (still flavorful) blend of the fall flavors that evoke all the cozy, warm autumn feelings✨🧡🍂

I personally like the typical pumpkin & cream cheese icing pairing, but not everyone does, and sometimes it does get old for me🤷‍♀️

One of my favorite flavors of all time is MAPLE🍁, so upon experimenting last year, I came up with this bread and it’s one of my all-time favorite specials!

Because it’s not made with cream cheese, it does not need to be refrigerated☺️

🧡This dessert is served well following a cozy fall meal, on its own during a crisp autumn afternoon, or enjoyed alongside a drink of any other favorite fall flavor! (Think chai, apple, maple, cinnamon, or even pumpkin, too!)😉

But, have you tried her chocolate chip cookies?! They are amazing! She has been out of commish for a minute, and people have been asking for them. Hoping you are able to snag some at our 6️⃣ year anniversary celebration this Saturday! She will have regular and gluten-free (which are REALLY amazing)!! 🙌🏻

✔️Today is the LAST day to place a custom preorder for pickup on Thursday or Friday! 11pm is the deadline for all orders to be in!

🍏September will be coming to a close before we know it, so be sure to grab the Cinnamon Caramel Apple Focaccia before the month is over! I will bring several to the market, but they are also available for preorder. It’s amazing with vanilla ice cream!!🍨
